Cost and Payment

Full Week (Five-Day Camp):
$300
($240 for August 4–7)

Single Day (Based on Availability):
$65

Single day spots will be opened one week prior to the start of each camp and are subject to availability.

Please note that Camps are tax exempt, so HST will not be added.

Sibling Discount

Sibling 1: $300 ($240 for August 4–7)
Sibling 2+: $280 ($225 for August 4–7)

Repeat Camper Discount

First Camp for 2026: $300 ($240 for August 4–7)
All Subsequent Camps for 2026: $280 ($225 for August 4–7)

Please note that discounts cannot be combined and will be added manually once registration is received.

Payment Information

Payment can be made by:
• Cash
• Cheque (made out to Omnes Arts Circle)
• E-transfer (sent to payments@omnesartscircle.ca for auto deposit - please include the student’s name in the message box)

A $75 non-refundable deposit (per camper, per week of camp) is required to hold a camper’s spot in the registered camp(s). Please note that registration is not finalized until the deposit is received. The deposit will be applied toward the full account balance.

Full payment is due two weeks (14 days) prior to the beginning of camp. Prior to this date, refunds will be given (less the $75 non-refundable deposit) for written requests. After this date, refunds will not be given unless the studio cancels the camp (resulting in a full refund, including the deposit).

We realize the cost of camps can add up quickly, especially for families booking multiple weeks. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if an alternate payment plan would be helpful, we’ll do our best to accommodate where we can!

Communication

Most communication will take place via email. Please make sure the email you have on file is up to date, and checked regularly. Please also add the following emails to your address book, so emails are not missed. It is the responsibility of the camper’s parents/guardians to manage email communication.

What to Bring to Camps at Omnes?

  • Lunch and snacks (peanut free!)

  • Reusable water bottle

  • Indoor and outdoor shoes

  • Spare change of clothes (spills/messes/accidents happen!)

  • Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses (during the spring and summer months.)

  • Wear clothes that are comfy to move in

  • Dance Camp only - any dance shoes already owned (not required!)

*Please note that campers are welcome to leave certain items at camp for the entire week if preferred (ie indoor shoes, spare change of clothes, etc).

Medical Information

Please ensure that the Medical Information section has been completed in your camper’s registration (this can also be accessed through your Parent Portal, or added to your profile by emailing the studio). We ask that you disclose any relevant medical information to staff prior to participation in any Omnes Arts Circle camps or other programs. This includes, but is not limited to, developmental disorders (ie ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disorders, etc), physical disabilities and/or limitations (including existing or new injuries), and other health conditions (ie Asthma, Allergies, etc). Please notify staff if the participant uses an inhaler, EpiPen, etc.

Code of Conduct

Camper Code of Conduct

  • Respect for camp leaders and staff, parents and peers will be expected at all times. Cliques or bullying will not be tolerated. Campers behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave the camp, and parents will be contacted. Refunds will not be given in such cases.

  • No outdoor shoes are permitted in the dance areas, including the dance studios, change rooms, and dance common areas.

  • No running in the studios, or touching equipment without permission. No touching mirrors or hanging off the barres in the dance studios.

  • Students must treat the studio with respect. Clean up all messes and throw out any food or garbage in the many bins provided. Food and drink are not permitted in the dance studios, except for water bottles with secured caps.

  • Theft of any kind at the studio will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

  • No swearing or foul language will be permitted.

  • No gum is allowed in the studio at any time.

  • No cell phones allowed in any camps at any time, except at the discretion of the camp staff.

  • Label all belongings and leave all valuables at home. Omnes Arts Circle is not responsible for any lost or missing belongings. Please check the lost and found box regularly as all items will be donated to Goodwill after a certain length of time.

  • We encourage all of our campers to work hard and play hard, and be kind to their camp friends and leaders!

Parent Code of Conduct

  • Communicate regularly with the studio.

  • Inform the studio promptly about absences or late arrivals.

  • Ensure to pick up the camper on time after camp ends.

  • Encourage and help the camper to follow the student code of conduct.

  • Support and aid the camp leaders and staff in dealing with disciplinary issues involving their child.

  • Omnes Arts Circle is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave all valuables at home.

  • No outdoor shoes are permitted in the dance areas, including the dance studios, change rooms, and dance common areas.
